Bird & Bird LLP’s UK partners Peter Brownlow and Allan Poulter will give firsthand views on the impact of Brexit on trademarks in the UK. Members of Bird & Bird LLP’s German trademark team will add an overview on the consequences of Brexit on the remaining territories especially the EU level and Germany. This seminar will take a closer look at the portfolio and litigation side and will give the participants room for questions. The seminar will be held in English.
