While European politicians just started debating how to deal with China in the future, cooperation in business progresses step by step. But this should not disguise the fact that market entry conditions for foreign investors are not the same in Europe and China. Which regulations in the fields of tax and legal currently apply to Chinese investors in Germany as well as German investors in China is the topic of the upcoming „China Forum – Investments between China and Germany“ on May 22nd in Munich.
During the event experts from Peters, Schönberger & Partner as well as King & Wood Mallesons provide insights into typical problems German companies encounter on the Chinese market and how these problems can be solved. Futhermore Mr. Wolfgang Schindler, Head of Group Taxes at Kuka, reports about his experiences in the cooperation with their Chinese investor Midea. The event will take place at Peters, Schönberger & Partner, Schackstrasse 2, 80539 Munich on 22nd of May, between 2 pm – 6 pm. Although the event is free of charge we ask for your binding application until May 13th here. Part of the speeches will be in English language. Attached you can find the invitation for the event.
